Our Chamber WINGS continues to grow and every month provides us with great informative speakers. On Oct 8th Dr. William Rush with Premier Health Partners was our guest speaker. “Hold Everything!” was his topic. Dr. Rush gave a great talk and of course the ladies loved the fact that he blushed easily. So, of course, he blushed a lot! It was really interesting and we all learned a lot about our bodies and why some of us have a of urinary incontinence problems.
The Chamber WINGS (Women In Networking Generating Success) is a networking opportunity for women who own or work in a business that is a Chamber member. Every month we have 2 businesses that present “Show N Tell”; this is a 5 minute “commercial” about their business or a special their business is offering. We also have a guest speaker and a buffet lunch. The cost is $15 per person for members and $20 per person for non-members. Reservations are due no later than noon on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Chamber WINGS meets the second Thursday of each month.
The November Chamber WINGS will meet at the Olde Glory Sweet Shoppe located at 7111 Taylorsville Rd. This month will be strictly networking, fun and of course the food.
