Homes & Living

Huber Heights offers great opportunities for everyone who visits, lives, works, and shops in the community. Known as “America’s Largest Community of Brick Homes,” Huber Heights has evolved into a community of over 14,000 residences with an estimated population of over 40,000 and as a major industrial and commercial center. With the large supply of quality single-family brick homes, an abundant number of multi-family units, and new residential development occurring in the north western and northeastern areas of the community.

Our housing character clearly reflects our hometown nature. Homes are still built along neighborhood lines near our neighborhood-based school. While our traditional brick-style housing found in areas like Belle Plain, and Beldale continues to hold solid investment value, eight new developments promise upscale housing in a wide variety of ranges, including: Stoney Creek, Evergreen Woods Callamere Farms – nearly 150 lots for upscale single-family homes, Heathermere – single-family, multi-family, senior condos, assisted living, Elysian Fields – gated, private condominium community, and the new additions of the Benchrock Community and The Oakes of Huber Heights residential developments provide housing sites located along rolling terrain and meandering streets.

Housing is available for someone who is just starting out, empty nesters, professional couples, and upper management person. Everything from the 1-bedroom apartments, senior housing to the deluxe condos can be found in Huber Heights.

The City of Huber Heights promotes a pro-family and pro-business attitude and a “let’s get it done” philosophy. The Huber Heights Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Corporation, and city staff work closely together to support the growth and development of the community.

As you can see- Huber Heights is on the move! The opportunities in this northern Montgomery County community bode well for continued growth and development into the 21st century.
